Description:The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for adding new and retaining existing customers to achieve set revenue goals. The Inside Sales Representative will introduce and educate prospects and customers about our products and services. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Contact businesses by telephone in order to solicit sales of company products.
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information.
- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions. Emphasize service or product features and benefits. Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
- Present prices and credit and terms in accordance with company policy.
- Increase sales and average order size by proactively cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items.

- Manages the customer service process from inquiry to order to deliver high quality information to satisfy customer needs.
- Respond to customer issues by developing creative solutions with management and production support.
- Build Strong relationships and be in daily contact with customers to timely communicate changes that affect their business.
- Collaborate and support sales with pertinent sales information (administration and reporting) to drive sales initiatives and goals.
- Presents features of products appropriate to customer needs, quotes prices and credit terms as well as estimated lead times, ascertains completeness and accuracy of received orders.
- Assist in providing product service/support. Ensure that all customer feedback issues are properly documented and addressed as needed.
- Develop relationships with internal customers and build an understanding of their roles and responsibilities to assure delivery of a timely and accurate order process.
