For over 70 years, Wisconsin Converting, Inc. (WCI) has been converting paper into environmentally friendly packaging for retail, food service, and industrial use. We manufacture a complete line of stock and custom printed bags in our Green Bay, Wisconsin facility, specializing in short to medium-sized and custom printed runs. Our products are sold through loyal distributors across the United States.

Current Openings:

Warehouse/Materials Handler

The Materials Handler is responsible for preparing and staging materials for production and shipping functions. This includes processing, checking, verifying materials received as well as completing related computer entries and documentation. Stores inventory properly in appropriate locations and ensures proper rotation of product. Additional duties include delivering supplies to the production line accurately and in a timely fashion.

Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for prompt and safe setup of paper converting equipment. This includes identification, monitoring, and performance of troubleshooting for problems and breakdowns of equipment. Technicians also maintain and repair production equipment as needed in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Additional duties include accurate record and log keeping, adherence to safety policies, and occasional light building maintenance.

Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for directing, organizing, and overseeing bag production. This includes ensuring that production functions are completed in accordance with established safety, quality, and production standards. The supervisor is also responsible for completing related paperwork and support duties. This position will assist with other production activities as needed and conducts employee evaluations.
